Work was good .but the studio manager was terrible..

Dislikes

Studio manager was not that good.,studio manager used to be every time angry ..every morning ,it was like go to school where a principal punishes early in the morning.environment was not good..thats it...

Hectic ,boring

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
