You wont have a tag of being unemployed. They cant fire you because the people leading the company are incompetent.

Dislikes

Bad management, Managers threaten action against you if you don't stay late, In my two year employment, I can count on fingures the number of days I left work on time! NO Growth and learning opportunity, engineering managers are idiots who wont be able to do a simple subtraction. They deduct from your salary "Ex-Gratia" which they give at the end of year as diwali bonus, which they are holding for last 2 years after I resigned. The salary is too less....Read More
