HR is not supportive. PF and ESIC details, u have to check yourself. Manager of metal section does not have experience about sheet metal fabrication, and not able to lead of team properly. Plant head don't validate of metal section work. So for taking benifit of job in Tool maintenance, u can easily manipulate to anybody. Only with knowledge of tooling person can resist of illogical questions of managers and quality team. Salary growth is very good in tooling only....Read More

No body like, work of tooling team. So you have to b smart at a time of appraisal. You have to fight yourself to get high hike with your work record. Only u have make ur work data with validation, then u will get hike more, does not matter, ur manager like u Or not. Only prove urself in respect of MD and Plant head and mechanical head, who r in Singapore area.

There is no job security. They dismiss people only by hearing one side (viz of senior employee's/favored employee's/old employee's side). Things are plotted just to prove their point right. Old employees are jealous of new employees and rude to them. Management team and owner can be manipulated by anyone. This company works in unprofessional way. HR department is not supportive and welcoming for their own department. Hierarchy is not followed. Salary is always credited late.
