Working Culture is really good. If you are honest towards your assignments then you are always remain part of the company. Lots of employee are still working since 15-20 years.

So this is really interesting thing that first they'll show you fancy office at business tower. On my second day itself the VP Operations started harassing Infront of the whole mall (shouting and screaming) at Joy Street. I was part of all the projects in Gurugram, he would keep things to himself and want us to make reports without the data.. Didn't let me attend the orientation and not even a single day or week off in my tenure. Made me work like 14 hours a day. Was unappreciated as well as being criticized for doing the work. The VP- operations had never worked in operations before was unaware of the work that is meant to be done. He was initiating the work along with the leasing team (who referred him this job).
