The company is based on the sales and service sector I used to work under the service sector as a customer care executive. I love the fact that I was a part of a team that makes me reliable, high quality .

Dislikes

Compensation was very decent, the growth also was good.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have worked 11-12 hours straight in a day sometimes I have attended or make a calls to the customers in the evening. Managers do not value an individual unique strength. Some times I do receive appreations at the same time they do don't value it. When they want us to do any urgent works means they will ask us politely at the same time time when we are in emergency they do not care about it and they will shout on us which pains me a lot....Read More
