Work is related to ISP link issues from installation to end support but mostly it end support related calls. rotation shift so you have to take calls in your shift then handover to another shift. Network team was too good ready to help anytime specially Sijo Sir (Manager), Justin Sir (Team leader), CJ Sir (Team head). Special thanks to HR team

go if your are fresher because starting salary in hand would be around 12k monthly so it good for fresher to learn.
