Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Actually I have worked in V Process for 3 years, the team leader is very good but the rest of the facility is very useless.I have not had any salary increase in 3 years, I have told the team every time but to no avail. One of the worst companies I have ever seen.

I have worked for 3 years in VI process, my starting salary in hand was 11500 whereas after one year it became 11480 because the monthly charges of headphone were also taken from the employer till 2024.
