All the employees are very rude and never help us in difficulty. They don't respect freshers and they blame everything on you. Most of the time you may sit without work and they provide only 30 min break and also 1 and 3 Saturday working. They also don't give salary on time most of the employees haven't received salary for more that 4 months

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Not a safe place for women to work as the CEO eyes all the girls and makes dirty demands. They don't pay salaries for 2-2.5 months but they prefer taking u for lunch in global fusion. The office is not air conditioned. They have timings for air conditoner Or else it's mostly switched off. Worst thing office doesn't even have fans. The company is already in losses no bank is willing to give loans to them. In short this place didn't care of their employees....Read More
