Nothing as such anymore. Used to be a good place to work at in 2021 and 2022. Since mid 2023 it has become a hell to work at.

So to sum it up, everything we do as an engineer is to follow up the on the product manager(s) led by moody decisions by head of product, and complete task at an EXTREMELY fast pace. It does NOT matter if you are working all day long and on weekends. You need to deliver the task (it might happen that they assign you at an uncertain time and claiming it to be top priority and delivery within the same day). No planning at all! No work life balance here. The team leads have got favoritisms. They can make mistakes, but you cannot. The engineering director here is hardly an example to follow on. It was said to come to office on Fridays and the fun fact is team leads and the director might take WFH and it wouldn't matter but you cannot. Most of the times. Acquisition by Geenie was a turning point in my opinion. It used to be a good organization before. Have been here for the last 2 years. It's an amazing place to grow. You can get into any projects by just asking and focus on all the right points for career growth

Dislikes

Salaries are a little low compared to industry standards but is one of the most secure places if you're looking for security.
