Top leadership is baised. They are targetting the tenured employees and filling in positions from their known colleges from their old company and from their own consultancy firms which Th they are runjning as aside bisnesse.. The director doesnt bother wats happening in india and have left everything to the indian leader. No promotion happens or good appraisal happens, year on year. Hr is aloso baised.
