1. Team culture, it's more of service culture and lots of micromanagement. 2. Work pressure. Manager is not satisfied with your excellent project work. They want you to spend more hours and take part in innovation and extra activities which make your life miserable. Even if you are not interested to get visibility they will do false promises and make you feel bad of you will not do extra. 3. Only few people irrespective of their professional behaviour will be praised if they will do innovation. 4. Not letting you focus on your personal life and growth.
