At the time, the CEO led the company from the FRONT. An astute businessman, with clear vision and "No Nonsense" outlook, he had the ability to relate to people on the ground and get the best out of them, which had a ripple effect throughout the company.

Dislikes

There were senior certain individuals who were on their own mission, however after some time were levelled out to FIFO. I guess at that level, they have to be given benefit of doubt until they prove themselves wrong.
