The company has a history of terminating employees who work late nights and Sundays, often without proper justification. After termination, the company does not provide any compensation or notice, their policies are designed to benefit only the management. Despite employees' continuous hard work, there are no pay raises or appreciation, instead, criticism is more common</mark>. If sent to a client location, employees often have to beg for reimbursement of their expenses. Requesting leave is met with difficulty. While managers can leave without notice, employees are required to find their own replacements. The stated work hours are 10:00 A.M to 7:00 P.M, but leaving the scheduled time is frowned upon and criticized publicly. Many employees got terminated for asking for leave on Saturdays. The person in the highest position often has less knowledge than the employees, they direct more experienced and knowledgeable staff on what to do. Once you resign from the company, they do not provide proper documentation, making it difficult for you to move to new opportunities. The office environment leaves much to be desired. It's not uncommon to find cockroaches in the coffee. Additionally, despite working late into the night employees cannot expect any meals to be provided. Overall, the company's treatment of employees and the work environment are deeply concerning and need significant improvements.
