Management is highly focused and employee friendly, always approachable to discuss not only official but also personal. There is adequate support/guidance from the Management/HR team and opportunity to do the best at office. Team members of different functions work hand in hand to achieve the company Goals. Work done is highly recognised by the Management and HR. There are periodical programs and celebrations at work, which are quite exciting.
