Flexible shift and working environment is great in technical support department. Salary is on time. Company have started providing bonus now but before that there was only salary. HR department is helpful.

Dislikes

Polities is done by manager's in technical and R&D department at the time of increments after giving performance . Company should work on appraisals scheme. Company should provide Internal promotions baisi on skills and performance. Company should share any internal hiring posts in AMS portal, so that every one should be able to get an opportunity.
