Overall the environment is good.Company is good to learn new skills in security and surveillance.Novice can learn alot about CCTV, DVR ,NVR and much more. Compensation is overall at average level .come join us and be in top company of security and surveillance.

Dislikes

The working hour is not good. It is very long for a person to keep on telephonic support.the working days must be of 5 days.

Work Details

In the past i was a field engineer in routing and switching.here i am technical support engineer. My daily work is to give assistance to the customers in their technical issues in CCTV , DVR and many more security devices.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
