Nothing , doing for the heck of doing until I get a better option. Top management quickly form a perception and don't even bother to understand their own employee viewpoint. Not the entire top management except few. Politicly corrupted minds , though you find it everywhere. One thing very good my manager (Amit Yadav)supported me extensively in my good and terrible times

Work culture, people old in the system are given priority , no motivation or one to one talk with an employee to improve. If someone in your team is being criticized then as regional heads you should give him confidence instead of demoralising and giving constant pressure that you are in my radar of getting fired. Thats not how you build a team. One can be successful in professional ventures but one who cannot understand a person is a loser in all respects. Believe in someone can do wonders for him. Aditya Birla Group is one of good organization to work , apart from other factors my opinion is social security policy of the group towards his employees is very excellent.

There is no any specific culture or policy which I can say is not good . But I would like highlight there should be proper transfer or role change policy for employees . According to my perception 3 to 5 year is good for the same otherwise many times it harms to company and other employees also
