Our work culture is designed to bring out the best in our engineers and make them globally recognized 'Software Craftsmen' in the space of technology. We conduct a quarterly eNPS survey to capture the 'happiness index' for our Knolders and roll out initiatives basis the feedback. And there are various employee engagement initiatives conducted each month (Thanks Thursday, Well being webinars, etc.). As we are an employee-centric organization, we strongly believe in the fact that when our Knolders win and succeed, as an organization, we also win along with them. At Knoldus, we encourage, honour, and reward high performance. We mentor employees who struggle with performance and help them scale up using systematic processes.
