There are so many wonderful things about working for the Aditya Birla Skills Foundation. My favourite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employee love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
