There's nothing I liked but only thing which I enjoyed doing is serving for the old man and women and helping them. Received way too many blessings from patients.

Toxic work environment, seniors don't have proper knowledge. Forget about your personal life there. You don't have a personal life if you work in ABMH Pune. They discuss about your personal life without being ashamed. Did overtime for months but no appreciation but in a group meeting they never fail to put a blame on you surprisingly when the mistake isn't done by you. I had joined Aditya Birla hospital considering its brand name and Accreditations , in an aspiration to build my career.

Dislikes

Aditya Birla hospital has been managed by the most corrupt , insensitivity and revengeful people like it’s CEO Mrs Rekha Dubey and her entire family lobby there who don’t deserve to be sitting in that position , neither professionally nor education wise. There is no chance for improvement unless and until this entire Dubey family and her group is there on panel. They just want donkeys to work under them who will only nod their heads to her commands. If anyone dares to ask a question he or she will be removed like a stone from the job and falls prey to their conspiracy. Even my career has been ruined by the wrong decision taken by me to join hospital. Things have been managed by this Dubey gang to upper level in a very systematic manner. It’s only about nodding heads to the orders given by CEO which is same for all there I guess..Completely autocratic type of leadership. My salary for lockdown period was also kept on hold without giving reasons despite writing to management
