Salary - They have big amount of variable pay. 3.Appraisal - They'll increase your salary. They'll add more amount in Variable pay. 4. Job Security - If you are vendor side they can remove you.

No promotion, no increment. No fix target so incentive can't earn. Only work . If you are doing well but Channel Partner says something then your superior will not stood by your side they blindly follow Channel Partner.

Good brand value and job security. Skill development from training department. Immediate seniors are very friendly.

CTC and incentive structure not upto the mark. In 2018 to 2021 it was excellent but now it's very low. For myself I don't feel any excitement to work harder and harder

Great place to work for fresher and experience people's. working in Non management Sales profile more than 2.5 years. Overall experience is good after successful acchivement of your target you got promoted for next roll and salary will be increased by 15%.

Dislikes

Some Management decisions are not good for employee benefit. Like they deduct incentives for encourage you to do more business but its not correct way. Employee will encourage when they got more....

Banca channel, third party product in axis Bank, Bajaj life insurance and max life insurance competitors within the bank, to much pressure from the cluster managers from absli, also should report to axis branch employees,lack of support from the bank staff because of max life insurance is joint venture to the axis Bank.

Despite of several reminders and showing my intend not to work in Aditya birla capital, my immediate manager forced me to work there. After my resignation my immediate manager and Area Manager rejected my resignation and then my HRMS was blocked so that I won't be able to resign again. Even my immediate manager threaten me to deliver business otherwise they will abscond me.
