The only thing is you can work anytime from anywhere people leave the place so often that they won't fire you take a year long leave come back they still want you.

1. Terrible work culture. Leaves are only in the system, not allowed to take even the comp off. One needs to work in the holiday also. Usually 6 days, occasionally 7 days working a week.
