1. Terrible work culture. Leaves are only in the system, not allowed to take even the comp off. One needs to work in the holiday also. Usually 6 days, occasionally 7 days working a week. Great place to work for fresher and experience people's. working in Non management Sales profile more than 2.5 years. Overall experience is good after successful acchivement of your target you got promoted for next roll and salary will be increased by 15%.

After my resignation my immediate manager and Area Manager rejected my resignation and then my HRMS was blocked so that I won't be able to resign again. Even my immediate manager threaten me to deliver business otherwise they will abscond me.
