I was working in RSPL soda ash that was very good plant of India in dwarka . After that join ABG veraval ...it's sallary structure is very bed . He provide high CTC but very low in hand sallary . Work culture is very bad . Due to dificiency manpower and union system work load of employee becomes very high . Employee overtime is 30% of worker overtime . No medical facility . Residence is just garbage and sallary deduction very high . Every employe are frustrated there . Teachers were sweet and accommodating. Helped me out whenever I felt I had too much workload.

Everything else about the way the school operates, its culture just everything is horribly managed. Faculty maybe nice but are severely underpaid and under qualified. Additionally, the school is very small and cannot host such a large number of students all at once.

I like all the services and facilities in our Aditya birla Hospital. Our new management team is best. HR teams also very good. Mainly our team leader is more helpfull,supportive and she handle all the staff very nicely I feel very proud to working in this hospital
