Higher management is good and they believe in business along with developing professional and social. Job is secure if you work sincerely and honestly. They very much serious about values and safety and use of renewable energy.

Dislikes

City level zonal level politics, deserving candidates miss opportunities due to bad HR politics or communication gap, atleast 30% non deserving candidates you found in most of the plant.

Overall it's a good company but safety in Aditya Birla is zero.. In safety dept there are some safety officers whose behaviour is very harassment. Safety department is only one dept.who don't care about their own team members and they always blame to their team members that they are not working properly only we permanent safety dept. Work properly

They can't recognise our efforts and one team lead, I dont want to mention her name, she very unprofessional at work. She don't know the ground reality. No job security, they treat us like missions.

Nothing ( At the time of joining I have joined and confirm to RCM (gaurav sarda ) reporting manager and Thief HR abhinav mantri when I join office but these guys update my doj 10 days later after my joining 10 days salary is not given by Aditya Birla group to these both person are incapable not fulfill their responsibility by perfection,

Hr is illiterate and rude , not guide about the joining process because he didn't know about the process of joining, Abusing on call , he make missed call once and blaming to new joiners that he called 10-15 times, and also told you want to do this job or not after the completing the every joining process from last 2 months these guys are not capable these things should be done within maximum 5 days but if the HR is capable and responsible and most employee using his sitting place like dustbin dirty office places , dirty smell comes from office location, and some ACM reached office druncked (nitin manchanda) relative of RCM (gaurav sarda) and sone is criminal (vishnu sharma relative of Siddharth Mishra (RCM) when I found his mistakes in every alternate days in allocation he is not capable to share correct data once , every data he needs correction after sending the mail from his side he didn't understand that which product handle by (BL STUL handle by gaurav sarda ) and (PL by Siddharth Mishra) but at the time of allocation he mentioned vice-versa ( Siddharth in place of gaurav sarda , and gaurav sarda in place of Siddharth Mishra when I complain this to gaurav sarda he blaming me for this So on my last day of working I clearly listen that vishnu sharma and Siddharth Mishra is planning to kill me because I found his mistakes and report to gaurav sarda...Read More

Teachers were sweet and accommodating. Helped me out whenever I felt I had too much workload.

Dislikes

Everything else about the way the school operates, its culture just everything is horribly managed. Faculty maybe nice but are severely underpaid and under qualified. Additionally, the school is very small and cannot host such a large number of students all at once.

I like all the services and facilities in our Aditya birla Hospital. Our new management team is best. HR teams also very good. Mainly our team leader is more helpfull,supportive and she handle all the staff very nicely I feel very proud to working in this hospital
