Decent pay package, but too much work pressure. Also most of work is not a value add to the organization, its mostly rework/ waste. Company follows senior/ junior type of work culture. So if you are fresher, forget about your thoughts getting noticed they are not even heard. Hard work is the only motive here people don't believe insmart work.
