Colleagues and higher authorities are very humble and always ensures cordial relationships. No issues with Senior or junior. Lovely working experience but with low payscale. An ambience which will give you more scopes to learn. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

The management doesn’t address our salary issues. Salary is low as per required and career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting! Though there was no formal training session but I learnt everything on the job.Incharges were very helpful. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
