One of the pathetic working organisation one can ever come across! Lets look at the reasons by turns. 1. The Management: The motto of the organisation is money making and not man making. Keeping aside the fact that the teacher's due salary gets credited 3rd to 4th week, of the next month, the management deducted 2/3rd salary of the teachers for 3 consecutive months (May-July, 2020), who were working 7 days round the clock from taking online classes to making learning video lessons to spending sleepless nights correcting assignments while dealing with the parents on the go. Icing on the cake was when(Mis) management has further deducted 50% of the salary from July-Dec, during 2020 pandemic to 30% from Jan-March, 2021. Trying to think of a figure? Well let me help you with that! Its even less than 10k for a PGT. Now think of the poor PRT's. Management even laid off teachers who served the institution more than 3 decades on the pretext of 'underperformance', while Covid was on the rise. Those who have wrenched out their soul and heart didnt even receive their due gratuity amount. *sigh* 2. Teachers: These emotionally distressed 'superhumans' work for minimal remuneration which is even less than an average Delhite teenager's pocket money, forget about the incentives. They are basically the scapegoats for all the lacunas the organisation is plagued with. These venerated underpaid teachers who hardly makes 3 lakhs a year gets played by the administration round the year. Ask anyone, when was the last time they got an appraisal!
