The company doesn't care for the employee. No chances of ptomotion. Everything depends on oiling and buttering. Salary is very poor. Too much partially between two employees.

Nothing.They are giving only one third salary and not co operating with employees.There is no job security in this institution.Many staff's even teacher's are also lost their jobs.Instead of protecting them they have taken their some staff's job showing pandemic situation and not giving their pending dues also.

Salary not given in time.Teachers are not satisfied in all respects.

Morning shift starts too early. Increament is negligible. Minimum scope of growth and learning new things. Personal favouritism of authorities are entertained.poor salary structure.

Work Details

Managing atleast 50 children without giving any kind of punishment is quite challenging. Huge checking pressure. Homely environment keeps me in good mood. Overall good experience.

Ambience is really good.Co-teachers are very cooperative. Freshers can learn a lot from here at the start of their career.One work happily in collaboration with other teachers.

They donot even have a decent teachers staff room, management is horrible plus no pay as per the market.

They donot provide papers like offer letter or appointment letter. Salary is given in cash which is not acc to the market. Mamagement is horrible, they donot encourage creativity or student upliftment programmes.

It was hectic as well as no support from the management or school authorities. Not even a teachers staffroom. No privacy for the teachera. They treat teachers very poorly.

Teaching the little ones was a great learning experience. Also Principal ma'am is a very kind and helpful lady.

Infrastructure needs upgradation.

They listen to all your problems.

After listening to those problems they do not fix them, on top of that they behave badly to the person who had addressed a problem. They would say that you are a family by back bite behind you. They would make you do a lot of work while you are on leave.

Nothing , only I like the infrastructure , this school wants all teachers to do buttering in the name of school .

Very less salary, working hrs is too long , no medicals , no pf , very very less appraisal which is of no use , it's not potential at all , no salary hike , there is no confirmation to build your career . No future at all ...... they demand more n more money from students only
