Nothing to like abt this company under the management of Liberty Steel. Liberty doesn’t recognise AML as a group company. There are no benefits and all benefits promised are revoked on joining. Worst company to work for.

Dislikes

The top management has no clue how to run the company or experience to run a steel company. The MBF has been shut since years & DRI has been outsourced. The FeAlloy business is also in turmoil as the company has outsourced this too. Only 1 furnace in operation.

There is nothing to like about this company after the take over by Liberty Steel. Right from the people at the Leadership level down to the functioning of the company, everything is painful. With an experience of over 24 years and numerous companies, this period of 2 years were the most disgusting & was a nightmare. The leadership in india will make you suffer and being run by a clown, the company is nothing less than a circus....Read More

Leadership in india is led by a joker who has no idea how a manufacturing unit functions, this it is a circus out there. Do not get middle by the Liberty Steel name as the owner of Liberty Steel is least bothered how this circus is running. Plant has been inoperative since the past 9 months and the Ferro Alloys unit and the Sponge Iron Units are given to others on lease. The strength of Adhunik was in their finished product which the current management is not capable of making because of lack of funds. Lots of politics between the top management in india and Dubai and the sufferer is the plant. Contractors and Transporters are not paid. Matter of time before the plant is sold....Read More
