Company will use the resources to point they get benefitted, else they throw you out without any discussion and information. Deadlines are unrealistic, managers are the rulers in the company. They start working in the evening when your day ends and ultimately force you to sit late in the office.

Dislikes

Basically the problem is with the managers of the company, they are abusing their powers.

Work Details

Definitely there is a hectic schedule.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
