Less than industry pay, loong work hours (9-9 avg!), weekend work, no regard for holidays / personal time, travel in/out of city, slow growth, after working hybrid since covid, and doing well - they again want to shift to 5day wfo - just because!

Where to start? HR is way too interfering in matters where they shouldn't be. Whole organization is riddled with internal politics. So many people in higher leadership are not fit for their roles and are directionless. Clients are leaving them left, right and centre. No skill development and benefits.

-Higher Mgt. is empathetic and has good vision, Adaptable, Employee-centric, try their best to support and develop employees, -Company culture overall is good, although, varies from team to team. - Mgt. offers multiple opp. to learn and up skill. - Job security is good.

-Top mgt. is understanding and empathetic and tries their best to maintain good work culture, unfortunately, with some ‘team leaders’ having different personas, some teams have bad working culture,(depends which team one becomes a part of) -Client-centricity is fine, but the PR ecosystem has ‘media ppl‘ and most importantly ‘employee s‘ too, think about their well-being & convenience too, team leaders cant be ‘yes-men or yes-women’ for clients, all the time! draw a line somewhere! - Work- life ba<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">lance takes a hit many times, work-emails-messages, shamelessly continue well beyond work hours (toll 10-11 sometimes 1am in the night), some weekends too! - (This is tea</mark>m-specific) Very hierarchical, too much micro- management, over-expecting and over-reaching in terms of work done in a day, lower executives are slogged, leading to exhaustion daily! - Too many internal processes to fulfil. - Compared to the amount of work and time put in, salaries are low! (I have spent time in this firm across Teams and its leaders, so it depends) -Overall work-life balance many times takes a hit, work continues beyond work hours(right till 10pm, 11pm & 1am at night) -Was okay before, unsatisfactory after team change!

I loved the fresh welcoming the company and the team members provided me. As it was my first job I was nervous but i got all support i wanted.

Dislikes

Nothing as such that work and personal life shouldn’t be balanced (timings of working should be kept till 6 to 6:30 pm). It is not something I dislike, something i want to suggest.
