Biasness pro max - Senior leaders like Nijay Nair play favouritism cards evidently. Senior leadership are bunch of egoistic men, there are hardly any female leaders. Even in their internal sports team, they don't let everyone in, only favorites. I don't know if they are running a company to encourage new talents to brew or push their favourite employees just on the goodwill of the company. There are so many creeps moving around in that organisation. During my time, so many of my female colleagues felt unsafe around a few men. Best place to learn and grow as an individual. Provides best courses for their employees and the best is the flat hierarchy the firm follows which makes it very easy to reach out to the senior leaders for guidance or suggestions. It’s a family not a firm

Dislikes

Nothing as such when it comes to the firm. But in the team yes, the leader which I got is pathetic ( the S.A.D). Unlike every other leader she is opposite of all what a leader does, she’ll drop us under the bus when there is a crisis and suck up all the credit when something good is being done. Claims to have a work-ex of N number of years but that’s all FAFF. Making the entire team toxic, people are resigning like crazy.
