Policy - they update the policy whenever they want. And didn't update you about it. And do unnecessary salary deduction. They can also deduct the salary without informing you because they have newly added policy and you have no idea about it. And they didn't justify the deduction because they also didn't know why we deduct so they just give name to the new deduction as a new policy. They be like "hmare yhn aisa hi hota hai" They didn't have better project. Low salary as per market standards....Read More
