Nothing, I used to when I join.

Dislikes

Policy - they update the policy whenever they want. And didn't update you about it. And do unnecessary salary deduction. They can also deduct the salary without informing you because they have newly added policy and you have no idea about it. And they didn't justify the deduction becau se they also didn't know why we deduct so they just give name to the new deduction as a new policy. They be like "hmare yhn aisa hi hota hai" They didn't have better project. Low salary as per market standards....Read More

HR are too bad. Company did not give appraisal and even did not give yearly bonus. They say you have to sign a bond for this.
