Nothing... There is no management at all it's totally lala company.

They hire for what ever position but u have to do all the work beyond ur knowledge and force u to do,No personal life at all. Come sharp on time but you can't leave on time. Very much partial about old staff, no job security any day they can chuck you out and without any prior notice.

Being an Retail Planner i learn lots of thing here. Its realy a luxury retail brand, i am very much amazed to work in such a luxury brand. If you have positive approch then this is the best company for you. Highly recomend to start your carrer.

Great place for learning and explore. You can get appraisal in term of monetary and non- monetary always kn time based on your skill. Best part is salary always comes in time. 2nd Saturday is fixed off. Highly recommend to join the organization.
