Likes

Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive and the management is also good & transparent. There is also a small cafeteria. The company policies are very good, appraisals are very fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting.! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
