Poor Work-Life Balance: Long hours and expectations beyond standard work time made personal life nearly impossible. Micromanagement & Lack of Autonomy: Overbearing control by senior managers, particularly the GM and Manager of Quality Assurance, stifled employee independence. Intrusive & Toxic Work Politics: Personal lives were exploited for internal politics, creating a hostile work environment.
