Buttering helps you to grow your career and too much politics in this company. Boss in every department is dominating culture no body listen your voice if you are in problem. Company policies are only for dominating junior staff not for seniors. There is no job security if your rating is NI company will terminate you without asking any reason. Horrible and Toxic place for work.
