It was the worst experience as there are no HR or management policies followed- only tail waggers are appreciated.The company cuts the salaries at will multiple times and does not provide regular payslips.Paycuts happen for arriving even a second late leading to accidents for employees.In my personal experience I had to repeatedly followup with the HR and CEO multiple times and finally forced to write to the Labour Commissioner to get my salary, Full and final settlement and gratuity released after almost a year .The company is not willing to pay the final dues and gratuity to the outgoing employees as they claim lack of funds.Its not meant for professionals to work there.Avoid!...Read More
