We have been given a termination email in the garb of furlough. And no pay for the work done for the past 1 month. The sudden unethical and insensitive decision by the company which is using COvid 19 pandemic as a tool to terminate and shut down business has left all.of us shattered and numb. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
