It's a very bad experience for me.dont go interview please.hr and team leader and manager also very bad.3 is ledy.work pressure is so much.and time is not9.30 to 6.30 time is 9.30 to 7.30and salery realse on mont 1 st but payroll cycle was 40 days.that mean aapko 40 days ki salary means 21 jan to 20 Feb ki salary 1st of April milegi.40 din Kam krne bad 30 din ki salary milegi.

Company takes advantage of innocent freshers do not give PF till 6 months probation period, neither gives govt. holidays nor double pay and forced to do WFH. No Human resource policies get followed any time termination can give without warning letter, no job security. Toxic work culture and work Life balance totally destroyed by management. I joined there as an intern for telesales . This company has no work ethics . I was suppose to work there for 2 months but they offered me to stay for another month for which they will be offering me a different compensation. Neither did they clear my incentives nor my last month’s salary . Instead of informing the hr and management multiple times no action was taken.
