- Small team but include Mech, Firmware, H/W , S/F , android engineers. - Complex analog Ckt, PCBs are normally 4 layer or plus. - Worked on ARM cortex M3, 24 bit Adc , RTOS - Rtx , TFT - GUI etc bit of challenging - Project normally is huge and complex too so lot of scope to learn new things - Ethernet / USB/ CAN good - Good infrastructure , separate entire floor for R & D - Salary always on time , professional evaluation system - Reliving was smooth...Read More

- Need to improve on s/f test procedure - Less extra curricular activity

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
