Likes

It is a good place of work. Working in this organisation is satisfactory. Other administration is an average. All depends on incoming projects.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but cannot fully depend. Sometimes to work under pressure but sometimes without any work load. As an Accounts and admin. job, updation is must to keep us update but there is a little scope of innovation in the organisation. Practical working knowledge is different than knowledge.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

I am working with this organisation since 1981 and left for some of the reason and again joined in 2010. I am doing mu job to the best of my possible efforts.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
