I work as a developer for the ACTE company .You might be able to imagine how hard a developer might work for another company but at ACTE the developer role is so interesting to work in and rewarding .This is because the company first took the time to train new hires with a sample projects before they learned how to perform that particular role

They are aware of employees perspectives and offer assistance when necessary.

ACTE has been employer for the past 3.5 years. Work, people and culture have all had a significant impact on my career. Professionally I have progressed tremendously from a naive new hire to where I am now.

Dislikes

The only gripe I have is that the work-life is not as good as I'd like.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
