There was plenty of support to help me become successful. Co-workers, are friendly even in a very competitive sales environment. The only downside is the hours and lack of advancement. I become a professional and experienced engineer, the design concept is well used in daily basics.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
