Likes

The company itself is a great place for college graduates but there is very little chance of company growth. The company valued its employees and were rewarded for their success. I learned a lot of new technologies in ACTE. The work environment is good for employees.

Dislikes

The management were not very helpful and often discouraging in communications.

Likes

I enjoyed working at ACTE. The culture and the variety were exciting. The people I met became my mentor and educated me on the company's process. My leaders thought highly of me and were happy with my work. They were impressed with my drive and capacity to learn new things very quickly.

Dislikes

I have not found any dislikes about working at the company.

It was a awesome working as an intern with the company. I had a good team who helped me understand the concepts required in software development. I had a great experience working with a large-sized team and learning all technical aspects.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
