Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. I didn't like this company because of the poor management inside the company. They are just ruining the best part of the career of freshers by not providing much opportunities to learn and most of the managers are biased to their favourite guys when it comes to assign some new roles. There is no proper skill development program. There is no proper project management.
