The company has very good customers base and working environment is also very good. Company providing training for improve potential and our skill.

Overall company is very good for life balance but due to small scale organisation salary is constrain.

Work Details

I was working with quality and production team. I get a chance for work on quality management system and many measuring instruments.also prepared analysis report and present in front of management. Overall very nice experience

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
