So it’s basically a call centre where you’re supposed to sit from 12 to 10 and 11 to 10 on Sundays. And it’s very toxic place to work

Nothing to be liked here, the ceo is a chapri person who don’t even know how to do conversation in English. He just mugs up things and comes and speak it out. They are never satisfied no matter how much payment you get for them. That follow a lot of illegal things like they don’t give holiday on festivals and national holidays and as no one ever raised a voice so they don’t compensate for that as well. They even keep original document which is also illegal. People need to start complaining about the company to government authorities and stop the toxic things they do....Read More

If youre looking for a job out here l, it's just a toxic environment to work here. Right from the CEO to the team leaders everyone are a b*llsh*t. I know sales is a tough job. But these people make that tough job to toxic one. All matters to them is money you bring through sales and they don't pay you properly. Even after you finish your internship also if you're looking for a full time they won't pay you the same that mentioned in offer letter. Instead they'll change it to lesser one only. If you wanted to know how stupid is this company just check "Ambition box" a portal for corporate companies work environment reviews. So there will be some genuine more than 100 reviews, where in here these people can edit or delete google reviews but in there these people cannot. Only positive thing in Acmegrade is their workspace and building with great interior. But the people out there are toxic. Not a good place to work at all instead of this you can work in a call center and get paid well. If you're college is bringing this one as a campus placement it's just a stupid move. Acmegrade is just good for stealing one's owned hardwork. Just screw them and their stupid company. And yes these people ask your original documents to submit at first and later blackmail you if you wanted to leave. They don't even return your documents that easily again. Everything thing, working culture is worst, no any kind of professionalism,they are like jail, you have come on exact time , you can't leave on time you have to work more than normal working hours, on Sunday we have work for more then 10 hours, no any overtime money will be given to you,No any kind of work ethics will be followed.
